Walk or run in support of prostate cancer
KELOWNA, BC, June 14 /CNW/ - Dust off those runners, stretch out your
calves and get ready for the 1st annual Safeway Father's Day Walk/Run for
prostate cancer. On Sunday, June 15, 2008 prostate cancer survivors,
supporters, friends and families will meet at Mission Creek Regional Park to
walk or run for the men in their lives.
The Safeway Father's Day Walk/Run is a national event honouring Canadian
Dads - past and present. All funds raised support research into the
prevention, detection and treatment of the disease.

the road at 10:00am. It will be a fantastic morning of fitness, community
