                         Frequently Asked Questions

Why hold a tournament? Who is eligible to compete?

The tournament was originally intended as a show of appreciation to
established PubStumpers leagues at pubs throughout North America. Pubs could
send top teams to compete for the grand prize and championship title. However,
we are experiencing a great deal of interest from the general trivia-playing
community and as such, decided to open the remaining tables at the tournament
to any interested teams of players, aged 19 and up. Pubs that host official
leagues were informed in advance of the major marketing campaign and
therefore, their teams received a degree of priority.

When and where is the tournament being held and how can teams register?

The PubStumpers Trivia League Championship Tournament will take place on
Saturday, October 13, 2007 at Toronto's Phoenix Concert Theatre. The
tournament is open to all members of the PubStumpers community. To become a
member, simply visit www.PubStumpers.com and sign up for the free membership.
Team leaders can then register the team for the tournament and pay the entry
fee. Each team member will receive an e-mail confirming the registration for
the tournament. Tournament details and the schedule of events for that weekend
are also available on the web site.

    What is PubStumpers Trivia League?

PubStumpers is a North America-wide federation of trivia leagues in which
teams of contestants compete in regularly scheduled, live-hosted trivia nights
at participating pubs. PubStumpers is a fun and exciting concept for pubs,
bars and restaurants and is designed to increase attendance, keep patrons in
the establishments longer, encourage return visits, and develop customer
loyalty, all of which increase profitability.

    What exactly does "live-hosted" mean?

An esteemed host, using a microphone, presents the multiple rounds of
trivia questions and guides the flow of the evening, calling for breaks and
marking rounds at appropriate times. He or she administers the league, keeps
scores and team standings updated on the pub's web page on the PubStumpers web
site and awards prizes each evening to winning teams.

What is included when a pub purchases a season of PubStumpers?

Each 12-week season of host materials and player booklets is delivered,
along with marketing posters and mini quiz teasers, coasters, table tents,
pens, sign-up sheets and an instructional DVD, all in one box. All that a pub
needs to launch a new league is an able host, a microphone, a sound system for
playing the accompanying music CDs, friendly staff members and ... of course,
the venue!

What are the origins of the company and its product(s)?

Inspired by the rising popularity of Internet gaming and the limitless
potential of the Web to reach a global market, Christopher Wright founded
Braintrust Games, Inc. in 2003, with the goal of marketing intellectually
stimulating yet fun new computer software ... enter its first creation: No
Friggin Clue - The Online Trivia Game (www.nofrigginclue.com). In creating
what is a unique, interactive gaming experience, the proprietary software that
drives the online trivia game was designed and developed. Before long, Mr.
Wright and CFO, Scott McKenna, realized that the potential uses for such an
innovative and unique product framework are limitless.

Is there a connection between the online trivia game and the pub trivia
    league?

PubStumpers Trivia League is partially powered by trivia content from No
Friggin Clue - The Online Trivia Game. Originally conceived as a marketing
tool for the online game, the trivia league concept took on a life of its own
as it developed. For more information, visit www.PubStumpers.com or call
