resigned from the Thermal Energy board of directors effective August 20, 2009
in order to pursue other business opportunities.
Mr. Sharples has been a valued supporter of Thermal Energy for the last 5
years and is leaving the company in a much stronger position than it was when
he arrived. The Board of Thermal Energy would like to take this opportunity to
thank Mr. Sharples for the significant contribution he has made to the company
and wish him luck in his future endeavours.
