celebration of the Whistler Mountaineer's second season, the B.C. Resident

own backyard. From now until May 31, locals can book the B.C. Resident Special
online for travel on the Whistler Mountaineer for only CDN $149 round-trip.
The Whistler Mountaineer operates from May 1 through October 14 and is the
perfect way to travel between the two world-class destinations of Vancouver
and Whistler. Guests can plan their summer getaway today and enjoy spectacular
scenery, culinary delights and a wide array of activities and amenities in
both Whistler and Vancouver.

Round-trip rates begin at $149 CDN ($79 for children) for adults
travelling in the Whistler Mountaineer's Coast Classic experience which
features a traditional rail coach with large picture windows and assigned
seating. An additional $100 CDN (additional $90 for children) allows a return
trip upgrade to the Glacier Dome. The Glacier Dome is a single-level,
custom-built dome coach complete with panoramic views and a refined yet
relaxed atmosphere. Access to the unique Heritage Observation Car gives all
guests an up close and personal view of the breathtaking scenery. Prices
include meal service in both directions and transportation from downtown
Vancouver to the North Vancouver rail terminus, and from the Whistler rail
station to Whistler Village.
The Whistler Mountaineer offers northbound and southbound departures,
seven days a week. Winding through canyons and climbing steep grades, the
Whistler Mountaineer treats guests to scenic views of sparkling Pacific waters

departs from the North Vancouver station at 8:30 a.m. and arrives in Whistler
