division of the ACE Group of Companies, today announced the appointment of
Terri Mitchell as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of ACE
Canada's Life, Accident and Health Group.
Ms. Mitchell joined ACE Canada in 2004 as Vice President and has held
several senior management positions within the organization. In her new role
she will report jointly to Karen Barkley, President & Chief Executive Officer
of ACE Canada and Joe Vasquez, President, ACE USA Accident & Health.

Ms. Mitchell's insurance career spans over 25 years. Prior to joining
ACE, Ms. Mitchell held several senior management positions within the life and
accident and health insurance industry.
