Tanqueray Resources Ltd. - Appointment of New Directors

CALGARY, March 20 /CNW/ - Dr. Edward A. Schiller, acting President and
Chief Executive Officer, has accepted the resignation of M. Phillip Mudry as a
Director, effective March 16, 2007 and announces the appointment of Mr.
Stephen Balch and Mr. Alan Farmer to the Board of Directors of Tanqueray
Resources Ltd.
Stephen Balch brings over 20 years as an exploration geophysicist, and is
one of Canada's leading experts on geophysical exploration for nickel-copper
sulphide. Mr. Balch has worked extensively for Inco Limited on International
Projects, the Sudbury Basin and at Voisey's Bay. As an independent consultant,
Mr. Balch has consulted to major mining companies such as Falconbridge Limited
and Anglo American, and to a number of mid-tier and junior mining companies.
In 2002, Mr. Balch joined Aeroquest Limited where he helped in the development
of the first commercially successful concentric time domain electromagnetic
system, known as AeroTEM. In early 2007 Steve was appointed Chief Geophysicist
of Aeroquest.
Alan Farmer is a mine financier with over thirty five years experience in
all facets of the industry. During his long career he has been responsible for
raising over one hundred million dollars of equity for small and medium
independent natural resource companies. In the nineteen eighties, following
the collapse of gold prices, he pioneered the use of equity exchangeable into
a fixed amount of gold as a means of financing the Wharf Resources gold mine
that is now owned by Goldcorp. He has also been responsible for the successful
re-organization and re-vitalization of many companies to the benefit of
shareholders.

About Tanqueray - Tanqueray is an exploration company with interests in
several exploration projects in Canada targeting a variety of minerals. The
primary project is the Baker Lake gold property, located approximately

nickel project (currently under option to Cascadia International Resources
Inc.), the Baker Lake uranium and diamond project (currently under option to
Forum Uranium Corp. and Superior Diamonds Inc.), the Denison Lake molybdenum,
