to announce the appointment of Nimal Rodrigo as Chief Financial Officer of
Synodon Inc. effective immediately.
Mr. Rodrigo has more than 19 years in finance and public company
management. He is a Chartered Accountant and has served as CFO for Matrikon
Inc. (MTK:TSX) and prior to that as CFO for Intuit's (INTU:NASDAQ) Canadian
operations from May 1996 to August 2004. Throughout his tenure at Intuit he
had international management responsibilities, including Australia, Latin
America and the UK and helped produce cumulative average growth rates in
revenues of over 30% and operating income of over 40% while also integrating a
number of multi-million dollar acquisitions over the eight year period.
