LAVAL, QC, Sept. 24 /CNW/ - Christianne Dostie, Vice President for
Allstate Insurance Company, was on hand today to celebrate the grand opening
of another new Allstate Insurance Agency in Laval.
"The Allstate Insurance Agency is transforming the way we do business and
how we interact with our customers," said Dostie. "With a renewed commitment
to strengthening relationships, we will enhance the level of service that our
customers receive, one person at a time."
The Allstate Insurance Agency will be made up of a team of experienced
and knowledgeable Allstate agents who will each be accountable for managing
specific aspects of a customers needs. There will be:
- An Allstate Agent who will create and develop the relationship at new
- An Allstate Agent who will expand the relationship by identifying
additional features to meet changing and evolving insurance needs;
- An Allstate Agent who will strengthen the relationship at renewal and
provide customer service and support.
There are now 48 new Allstate Insurance Agencies open for business in
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Alberta, including 18 in Quebec.
Yesterday Dostie was in Sherbrooke and Chateauguay opening two more agencies
and today she will open two more in Montreal.
