and voice business communications, today announced it has accepted Stephen G.
Lowe's resignation from the Corporation's Board of Directors.
Mr. Lowe has accepted a contract position with Telesat Canada and, in
accordance with Telesat's corporate policy, must tender his resignation from
the RAMTelecom Inc.'s Board to avoid any potential areas of conflict of
