Statement from Quattro on Fourth Restaurant

VANCOUVER, Sept. 9 /CNW/ - "Quattro Restaurants is a family owned and
operated business and nothing is more important to us than the safety and
well-being of employees and guests," said Tanis Tsisserev, manager of public
relations for Quattro Restaurant. The victims of shooting were not regular
customers of the restaurant. Unfortunately this type of incident can happen
anywhere in Vancouver, even in safe neighbourhoods like Kitsilano. We are
working very closely with the police to help them in any way that we can. We
had scheduled a closure for today in order to renovate the kitchen, and we are
proceeding as planned. We will reopen better than ever next week."

Father and son, Antonio and Patrick Corsi own and operate three
award-winning restaurants in British Columbia: Quattro on Fourth, Quattro at
Whistler and Gusto di Quattro. For more information, please visit
