Star Navigation expands marketing to defense industry

("Star" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a
strategic partnership with Kestral Holdings Private Limited, a world leader in
aviation and defense consulting. Kestral provides in-country consultancy
services to a number of multinational corporations based in the USA, Canada,
Europe and China.
    With offices located in Canada, the U.K, Dubai, Pakistan, Malaysia,
Sri-Lanka and China, Kestral also provides, through its partners, services to
both State agencies and the private sector in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia,
Brunei and Afghanistan. Its client list includes Pratt & Whitney Canada, Pratt
& Whitney LCE USA, Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control, Lockheed Martin-
Aeronautics Company, Maritime Systems and Centers, Raytheon Space & Aerospace
Systems (SAS), Sikorsky Helicopters, L-3 Communications, Aero Precision
Industries, IAE (International Aero Engines) and Gulf Stream Aerospace
cooperation.
    Star is currently in discussions with the defense establishments of
several countries that have shown a keen interest in Star Navigation's
diversified line of products including the In-Flight Safety Monitoring System
("ISMS(TM)"), ISMS LITE(TM), and the new security features added to its
tracking solutions for Real-Time monitoring.
