a $3 million investment in a fleet of new Canon multi-function devices to
further enhance its ePRINTit(TM) business: a national network of 31 print
centres offering print-on-demand and document management solutions.
The purchase of 80 Canon multi-function devices is the first stage in St.
Joseph Communications' recently announced $25 million investment in new
technology for its print and documents divisions.

New Canon devices will also be installed in St. Joseph's new
140,000-square-foot print facility in Concord, Ontario, set to open later this
year. Additionally, Canon is the preferred multi-function device supplier for
St. Joseph's Managed Services print centres across Canada, which similar to
ePRINTit(TM), provide a full range of document management solutions, whether
it be at an off-site centre or on site at the client's facility.
