producer, today announced Christian Reinert's resignation from SonnenEnergy's
Board of Directors.
Mr. Reinert provided valuable advisory services and served as
SonnenEnergy's Vice-Chair as the Company completed its capital pool qualifying
transaction, pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, by
acquiring all of the shareholding interests in the capital of SonnenEnergie
GmbH. With the qualifying transaction now complete, Mr. Reinert has decided to
dedicate his time fully to his law practice.
Senior management of SonnenEnergy would like to extend its gratitude to
Mr. Reinert for his diligent service during his tenure on the Board of
