VANCOUVER, Jan. 23 /CNW/ - CMS Acquisition Corporation, a member of the
Solarsoft Business Systems group (collectively, "Solarsoft"), announced today
that it has been successful in its offer to acquire all of the outstanding
common shares ("Common Shares") of VantagePoint Systems, Inc.
("VantagePoint"). Solarsoft has taken up and paid for a total of
14,113,046 Common Shares, representing 97.05% of the issued and outstanding
Common Shares. Payment to the shareholders who deposited their common shares
to the offer will be made by the depositary, Computershare Investor Services
Inc., as soon as possible.
As previously announced, Solarsoft intends acquire all remaining shares
not tendered to the offer pursuant to a compulsory acquisition transaction
under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).
