role of Managing Partner responsible of Life Science portfolio.

2002 as an Investment Manager for Desjardins Venture capital in their Life
Science portfolio. He also spent more than 10 years at the Solidarity Fund
where he worked as a Venture Capital Investor, including 8 years in the Life
Science market. Before becoming a Venture Capitalist, he worked at Merck
Frosst in their marketing team. Serge has a broad corporate governance
expertise and has been on the board of several Life Science companies since he
started his career. He holds a Master Degree in Management and a Bachelor
degree in Business both from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Montreal.
