The tower will be 240m tall, have 60 floors and around 250 apartments.
The building will be the world's first integrated Warf skyscraper operating
sky-related and water-related apartments offering a multiplicity of possible
apartment layouts. From the 50th floor upwards, there will be Sky-Villa's
stretching over three floors with stunning views and private pools on the
roof. There will be areas containing tropical gardens and a heliport on the
top of the tower.
The outdoor marina will be home to 30 yachts and there will be space for
