Saint-Augustin River ferry service - Maritime service offered by the Royal Sea 23 from July 5th to August 1st, 2015 due to construction work

QUEBEC CITY, July 3, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Société des traversiers du Québec (STQ) informs its clientele that the maritime service across the Saint-Augustin River by the ACV L'ESPRIT-DE-PAKUASHIPI is suspended from July 5th, 2015 due to the following construction work:

  • From July 6th to July 12th : asphalt paving on airport side;
  • From July 13th to August 1st approximately: construction of a landing pad for the hovercraft on Saint-Augustin village side.

During this period the STQ will perform the annual maintenance of the hovercraft, 2 weeks expected.

The maritime service will be offered by the Royal Sea 23, with a capacity of 7 passengers, from Sunday, July 5th, until the end of the works, estimated on August, 1st.
