Report on Business Television Renamed "BNN - Business News Network" - Debuting March 12

    TORONTO, March 8 /CNW/ - CTVglobemedia announced today it will re-name
its financial news television service Report on Business Television to BNN -
Business News Network, effective Monday, March 12 at 6 a.m. ET.
    Report on Business Television launched in 1999, borrowing the name of the
Globe and Mail's venerable Report on Business brand. The network, which
operates as a separate television newsroom under the CTV News Division, will
continue its successful association with The Globe and Mail including regular
contribution from The Globe and Mail's business journalists, but under its own
new brand name. The Report on Business brand will now be associated
exclusively with The Globe and Mail.

television-friendly brand that defines us instantly in today's 500-channel
universe."

programming from Network's program slate together with up-to-the-minute
information on all of the stock market activities. BNN - Business News Network
is also available via the Mobile Video News Service. Available only from Bell
Mobility, BNN - Business News Network is the only mobile content dedicated
exclusively to business news.

    About the Logo
    BNN - Business News Network will roll out a new stylized logo and full
on-air channel package. The distinctive red is carried over from the network's
out-going logo. The entire channel package was developed in-house by CTV
Inc.'s Creative Services and On-Air Promotions teams. CTV Inc.'s Jon Arklay,
Vice President of Creative Services and Brand led the branding initiatives.
