MONTREAL, Nov. 22, 2011 /CNW/ - RDS confirmed today that its new
French-language 24-hour sports digital network RDS2 will be available to Vidéotron subscribers through illico TV starting
tomorrow, Wednesday, Nov. 23. Launched last month in both High
Definition (HD) and standard definition (SD), RDS2 delivers more than
1,500 hours of live and exclusive major league sports action each year.
In addition to being available on Vidéotron, carriage of RDS2 has already been launched by Bell TV and Shaw Direct (see below for

Bell TV - Channel 1881 in HD and Channel 192 in SD
Bell Fibe - Channel 1144 in HD and Channel 144 in SD
Shaw Direct Classic - Channel 239 in HD and Channel 748 in SD
Shaw Direct Advanced - Channel 391 in HD and Channel 748 in SD
Vidéotron (illico TV) - Channel 761 in HD and Channel 161 in SD
As part of the deal, RDS Mobile TV and TSN Mobile TV will also available
on illico mobile giving Vidéotron mobile customers access to hundreds
of live sporting events from RDS, RDS2, TSN and TSN2.
