    TORONTO, Sept. 13 /CNW/ - Youth lifestyle channel Razer blazes into fall
with a fresh mix of cutting-edge shows rolling out September 16th.
    Leading the charge are legendary cult smash hit Pee-wee's Playhouse,
guilty pleasure/teen drama Beyond the Break, and off-the-wall image
over-hauler Geek to Freak, featuring freak-a-licious host Dennis Rodman.
    As always, Razer keeps the viewing experience highly interactive with new
RazerTXT titles Clonz, Skillz and Kamikaze Chat. These exclusively created
on-screen text-message games expand upon the premium selection currently
available on Razer.

    Here's a rundown of Razer Exclusive series for fall '07:

    PEE-WEE'S PLAYHOUSE

    Pee-wee Herman stars in this zany comedy classic where inanimate objects
and larger-than-life characters keep the laughs coming. Fans experience a
world of fantastical fun in Pee-wee's Playhouse - including secret word
scream-a-longs and pop ins by Cowboy Curtis (Laurence Fishburne), Captain Carl
(Phil Hartman) and loads more of Pee-wee's weird and wonderful friends.

    BEYOND THE BREAK

    Babes, bikinis and buff bods keep fans locked on this new teen drama shot
entirely on location in gorgeous Oahu, Hawaii. Beyond the Break follows the
ups and downs of four beauties hell-bent on becoming world-class surfers. The
hotties move in together in the season premiere and begin competing for
sponsorship support. It's all fun in the sun until one of them reveals a
penchant for criminal behaviour.

    GEEK TO FREAK with HOST DENNIS RODMAN
    NEW RAZER EXCLUSIVE SERIES

    It's all about transforming boring dweebs into outrageous attention
grabbers when former NBA superstar Dennis Rodman guides them through massive
image overhauls. Each episode features a nerd morphing to edgy extremes - and
adopting the requisite 'tude match! A hard core rapper, mascot and rodeo clown
are just some of the mild to wild revamps. In the series premiere, a
19-year-old classical violinist attempts to pull off a rock-star performance.

    SHIN CHAN
    NEW RAZER EXCLUSIVE ANIME SERIES

    Japanese animation at its finest. Set in Kasukabe, Japan, this
international hit series follows the antics of five-year-old Shinnosuke Nohara
(a.k.a. Shin Chan) as he bubbles through life with the help of his parents,
neighbours, friends and dog.

    WHACKED OUT SPORTS

    "Don't try this at home" takes on a whole new meaning in this reality
comedy jam-packed with eye-poppin' sports bloopers. It's a humourous look at
incredible video footage from around the world featuring everything from
cheerleading blunders to death-defying sky dives. The season premiere kicks
off with loads of crashes, bashes and... porta-potty racing? Now that's
whacked!

    It's a sports fanatic's dream come true! Surf, skate, snow, ski, BMX,
wakeboarding and more all come together for a mind-blowing meld of gravity
defiance. Features special coverage of sporting events from around the globe.
The first episode showcases some unbelievable big-air snowboarding in Austria.
Then it's over to Istanbul for highlights from the kite-boarding world tour
(think wake boarding-meets-parasailing).

    GIRLS BEHAVING BADLY

    Four audacious, all-female pranksters pull off a series of
boundary-pushing gags on unsuspecting marks. In the season premiere,
pedestrians get squeamish when they're stuck watching a frisky couple groping
each other on a busy downtown sidewalk.

    MORE ON RAZER TEXT GAMES:
    Featured in distinct hour-long blocks, gaming appears as a graphic
overlay on the screen. Fans coast to coast send and receive personalized
dispatches - that pop up on their TV screens and their wireless phones -
simply by messaging from their handsets to "RazerTXT." Clonz is the new-age
version of the classic Memory game. Viewers identify matching icons across the
bottom of their screen to win. It's all about having the fastest fingers when
playing Skillz. Being the first to text in the sentence that appears on screen
spells victory! Kamakazi Chat is real-time, on-screen chat for fans of the
