CALGARY, Sept. 29 /CNW/ - Rare Method Interactive Corp. ("Rare Method")
(TSX Venture Exchange, Tier 1 listed under symbol RAM) is pleased to announce
that it has entered into an Investor Relations Agreement (the "Investor
Relations Agreement") with Stirling Investor Relations ("Stirling") based in
Calgary, to provide investor relations services to the Company.
Stirling will provide various services to the Company including,
developing a target group within the investment community, dissemination of
Company approved information to the investment community, assisting in the
preparation of corporate communications, organization of investment community
meetings and handling of investor inquiries. The term of the Investor
Relations Agreement is six months and the remuneration payable by the Company
to Stirling is $5,000.00 per month plus GST.
