Raptor Capital Corporation announces revocation of cease trade order



    CALGARY, June 3 /CNW/ - Raptor Capital Corporation ("Raptor" or the
"Corporation") ("NEX:RCP") is pleased to announce that in accordance with
National Policy 12-202, the Alberta Securities Commission has issued a full
revocation of the cease trade order issued against the Corporation on May 7,
2008.
    The order for suspension of trading of Raptor's securities issued by the
TSX Venture Exchange on May 8, 2007 is still in effect. The Corporation
intends to expeditiously complete and file an application to the NEX for a
reinstatement of trading, now that it is no longer subject to cease trade
orders. Until such time as reinstatement occurs, trading in the Corporation's
securities will remain suspended. Securityholders are prohibited from trading
in the securities of the Corporation during the period of the suspension or
until further notice.
