/R E P E A T -- Video B-Roll Available via CNW - Athletes with Vancouver 2010 dreams inspired by Aspiring Olympians program/

TORONTO, April 28 /CNW/ - The following video is available by satellite
or by CNW's Broadcast On-Demand web download:

STORY SUMMARY: As a sponsor of Canadian athletes participating in the
Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games, General Mills Canada has launched
the Aspiring Olympians program. Aspiring Olympians features 16 Olympic
hopefuls which Canadians can support directly through the purchase of
specially-marked General Mills cereals.
Unique PIN codes have been printed inside commemorative Vancouver 2010
Winter Games' cereal boxes featuring Aspiring Olympians. With each donation
code Canadians collect and submit through
www.everydaycelebrations.ca/aspiringolympians, General Mills will donate $1 on
their behalf to their chosen Aspiring Olympian, up to $25,000 with a
guaranteed minimum of $5,000. Funds raised go directly to the athletes, and
are used to offset the high costs of training, equipment, travel and other
expenses.
