agent positions will need to be filled in the coming months for different
services in its Customer Contact Centres located in Montreal, Sherbrooke,
Quebec City and Kitchener. In addition, Nordia confirms the hiring of Mr.
Serge Audet as General Manager, Strategic Planning.
In 2009, no fewer than 1,000 positions will need to be filled at Nordia,
a situation which calls upon Nordia to quickly deploy a massive recruitment
operation. As of now, about 400 job openings are available for candidates
familiar with the call center environment, customer service, as well as with
outsourcing solutions and sales. Nordia Montreal is looking to hire 60 agents
for its customer care services and 100 more for the Quebec City centre. Nordia
Sherbrooke is seeking for 120 new employees and finally, 124 positions must be
filled in the Nordia Kitchener Centre.
