    What:     GO Transit will be hosting its annual KidSummer day next
              Wednesday, August 5. This free event begins at 10 a.m. at Union
              Station where children ages 4-12 can explore GO's miniature
              safety village and hang out with GO Bear. Then it's a free GO
              Train ride to Exhibition station where kids will have the
              opportunity to watch a safety presentation put on by GO Transit
              Enforcement Officers, explore a new double decker bus, and
              participate in activities. Also included in this exciting day,
              is a light, healthy lunch provided by Bombardier
              Transportation.

    When:     Wednesday, August 5, 2009
              10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
              Registration at Union Station begins at 10:00 a.m.
              The Lakeshore West train boards at 10:30 a.m. and moves to
              Exhibition station on the 10:43 a.m. Lakeshore West train
              Registered participants can take the 12:00 p.m. train back to
              Union

    Where:    Event starts at Union Station in the GO concourse, 140 Bay St.,
              just south of Front St. in downtown Toronto
              Activities progress to Exhibition Station
              Media must report to the KidSummer registration desk at Union
              Station for 10:00 a.m.

    Background: Today's Parent KidSummer is a summer-long program of fun
    events and activities the whole family can enjoy! An extension of
    Canada's No.1 parenting magazine, Today's Parent KidSummer hosts daily
    events throughout the GTA and across Southern Ontario from July 1st to
    August 31st.
