    QUEBEC, Feb. 19 /CNW Telbec/ - The Honourable Josée Verner, Minister of
Intergovernmental Affairs, President of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada
and Minister for La Francophonie, and Mr. Konrad Sioui, Grand Chief of the
Huron-Wendat Nation, will make an important announcement on skills and
employment training for Aboriginal people in Quebec.
    Minister Verner will make the announcement on behalf of the Honourable
Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development.
    She will be available to answer questions from the media following the
announcement.
