Public Media Works Executes Term Sheet for Purchase of Antibody Films



    Antibody Films Co-Producing Company's First Two Films of 2007: "Donna On
Demand" and "Dead Air"

    VAN NUYS, CALIF., March 27 /CNW/ - Public Media Works, Inc. (OTCBB:PMWI)
announced today that it has executed a term sheet outlining the terms for the
Company's purchase of Antibody Films Development, LLC. Antibody Films is a Los
Angeles based production company which has worked with the Company on the
production of its first two films of 2007: "Donna On Demand" and "Dead Air."
"Donna On Demand," a psychological thriller with dark comedic overtones, is
the Company's first film completed in 2007, and is scheduled for release in
the third quarter of 2007. "Dead Air" is a suspenseful and action-packed
horror film set in modern day Los Angeles which is scheduled to begin shooting
on March 29, 2007. Antibody Films also has several other projects in
development, and has completed the film "Pirate Camp," a family action
adventure featuring Corbin Bernsen, which is being marketed for distribution.
Antibody Films was co-founded by Chris Aronoff and Jesse Lawler.

enhance the Company's ability to produce highly marketable films in a very

    The acquisition term sheet is non-binding and subject to the negotiation
and execution of a definitive purchase agreement, which the parties expect to
complete on or before April 30, 2007. The term sheet contemplates that the
Company will purchase Antibody Films in exchange for shares of the Company's
common stock. Upon completion of the purchase, the Company plans to operate
