MONTREAL, April 23 /CNW/ - ProSep Inc. (TSX: PRP), announced today that
at the request of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers ("AMF"), the Company
amended and re-filed the Management Proxy Circular and Certification of Annual
Filings filed on March 31, 2009. These documents are available on
The Certificates were amended to exactly reflect the wording of Annex
52-109A1, and to include the appropriate accounting period which is October 1,
2008 to December 31, 2008. They have been re-filed on April 14, 2009.
The Circular has been amended to incorporate a more detailed analysis of
Form 51-102F6 especially in respect of its tables. The amendments relate to
the Compensation of Named Executive Officers and Directors and are found at
pages 11 to 24 inclusively.
