TORONTO, June 19 /CNW/ - Priszm Income Fund (TSX: QSR.UN) today announced
a cash distribution for the month of June 2009 of $0.05 per unit payable on
July 15, 2009 to Ordinary and Exchangeable Unitholders of record on June 30,
2009. The June distribution is the 67th consecutive cash distribution declared
since Priszm began operations on November 10, 2003.
