Primary Energy Recycling Corporation announces resignation of Brian T. Vaasjo from the Board of Directors



    OAK BROOK, IL, March 3 /CNW/ - Primary Energy Recycling Corporation (TSX:
PRI.UN) (the "Company") today announced that it has received a February 29,
2008 letter from Brian T. Vaasjo tendering his resignation from the Board of
Directors. The resignation was effective immediately.
    Michel Lavigne, Chair of the Board of the Company said "Brian has made
positive contributions to the Board and we will miss his participation. We
thank him for dedicated service and wish him well in his future endeavors."
