Polar Ice Vodka Drag Queens present $25,000 to Canadian AIDS Society



    TORONTO, June 21 /CNW/ - On June 20th, Polar Ice Vodka will donate
$25,000 to the Canadian AIDS Society (CAS) to support programs, services and
resources for people and communities affected by HIV/AIDS across Canada.
    Over the past four weeks, Polar Ice Vodka has hosted weekly Drag Queen
competitions in Toronto. The accompanying drag queen performers will compete
in a final showdown for the title of Polar Ice Queen on Friday June 22 on the
Polar Ice Stage at Toronto's Gay Pride festival.
    Throughout the month of June, Corby Distilleries, in partnership with the
LCBO, will continue to contribute 50 cents from the sale of all Polar Ice
Vodka products to support the dedicated efforts of the Canadian AIDS Society.
