of Chile, Flextor will bring synergies and a very significant contribution to

collaborated closely in their role as financial advisors to achieve the
objectives set by Mr. Michael Dos Santos, President and Co-Founder of Flextor:
to identify a suitable strategic partner with whom Flextor could carry its
flourishing business "to the next level", and then negotiate the process so as
to meet the challenges facing a Quebec company wanting to pursue double-digit
growth in an ever more global and competitive international market.
