TORONTO, Oct. 16 /CNW/ - Platmin Limited ("Platmin" or the "Company),
TSX/AIM: PPN) announces that it has established a block admission arrangement
in respect of the 2005 Stock Option Plan (the "2005 Plan") and the 2007 Stock
Option Plan (the "2007 Plan") and options under separate agreement. An
application has been made for the blocklisting of 15,953,744 Ordinary Shares
of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM and to be admitted
to trading upon exercise of options.
The blocklisting consists of:
- 8,673,744 Ordinary Shares of no par value each resulting from the
conversion of options under the 2005 Plan.
- 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value each resulting from the
conversion of options under the 2007 Plan.
- 4,780,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value each resulting from the
conversion of options under separate agreements.
The Ordinary Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued
Ordinary Shares of the Company.
For clarity, this does not constitute any amendment to either the 2005
Plan or the 2007 Plan or any option under any separate agreement. The Company
will issue a notification following the end of each six month period
containing the information set out in Schedule 6 to the AIM Rules.
Platmin is a TSX and AIM (PPN) listed PGM exploration and development
company focused on its four key advanced projects that host PGM Mineral
Resources and Reserves: Pilanesberg, M'Phatlele, Grootboom, and Loskop of
which the first three are currently in the development phase. All of Platmin's
projects are located in the Bushveld Complex of South Africa, which is
estimated to contain approximately 90% of global platinum resources.
