Robert Johnston, as he presents a $50,000 cheque to the Canadian Sport Centre
of Saskatchewan. The donation is part of the company's commitment to support
local amateur athletes in their quest to reach the podium.

Hbc intends to raise $20 million to amateur athletes and elite training
facilities, including the Canadian Sport Centre of Saskatchewan, over a period
of seven years. To date, the Company has raised $5.8 million through in store
events, as well as the annual Hbc Run for Canada, which takes place in
15 cities across Canada, including Saskatoon. Funds raised through the Hbc Run
for Canada are donated to athletes in the form of bursaries.
