VANCOUVER, April 18 /CNW/ - Mexivada Mining Corp. is pleased to announce
that a total of 18 drill holes totaling 2,630.15 metres have now been
completed at its Yecora gold-silver property in Sonora, Mexico. The final nine
drill holes, totaling 1,521 metres, were recently completed and all of the
drill samples have been received for fire assay and geochemical analyses by
ALS Chemex Laboratories in Hermosillo. Mexivada is compiling the drilling
information and will report on the assay results when received.
In addition, Mexivada has been advised that 2,274,075 share purchase
warrants expiring on March 29 and 30, 2007 were exercised prior to expiry
resulting in cash proceeds to the company of $1,364,445.
