P&G Canada ranks among the 50 Best Employers in Canada

TORONTO, Jan. 7 /CNW/ - P&G Canada has been recognized as one of the 50
Best Employers in Canada. This is the fourth time P&G Canada has made the list
of 50 Best Employers in Canada. Hundreds of P&G Canada employees participated
in the research which measures a number of factors, focusing primarily on
employee engagement. P&G employees gave the company particularly high marks in
the areas of relationship with co-workers, learning & development, and
employee health & well-being.
"Our motto at P&G in Canada is 'In touch, inspired and in the lead'",
said Tim Penner, President of P&G Canada. "The external recognition provided
by this survey helps us to know that we are building a positive culture for
our employees to fully engage them in the business. Together, we are making
P&G Canada a great place to work".
The 50 Best Employers in Canada survey is conducted by Report on Business
Magazine and Hewitt Associates, a leading global human resources outsourcing
and consulting firm. Survey responses from over 100,000 Canadian employees at
more than 200 organizations determined this year's rankings, with additional
input from over 1,200 leaders. The surveys comprise a detailed questionnaire
distributed to employees, a comprehensive human resources practices survey,
and a leadership team survey for top executives. For more information on the
survey, visit www.hewitt.com.
