PC Party Seeks Clarification

TORONTO, Sept. 27 /CNW/ - Earlier today, Dalton McGuinty issued a press
release that contained the following statement:

"Ontario Liberals will remove the provincial sales tax from nicotine
replacement therapy products including nicotine patches, gum lozenges,
    inhalers, sprays and tablets."

A press release issued by the Ministry of Health Promotion on July 30,
    2007 contained this statement:

"Starting August 13, 2007, nicotine replacement therapy products
including nicotine patches, gum, lozenges, inhalers, sprays and tablets
will be exempt from RST at point-of-sale."

Is Dalton McGuinty out of ideas?

Or has Dalton McGuinty finally accepted that his credibility is so bad
when it comes to keeping his promises that he's now started promising to do
things he's already done as a way of being able to say he's kept his promises?
