announce the appointment of Patrick Mahony as Director of Communications for
the Green Party of Canada in Quebec.
Patrick Mahony grew up in the francophone suburbs of Quebec City but
attended English language schools through to Cegep. He went on to complete an
Honours Bachelor's degree in Literature and History from the University of
Sherbrooke. On a part-time basis, he is currently pursuing a Master's degree
in Applied Ethics from the University of Sherbrooke.
Mr. Mahony worked as a free-lance reporter, editor-in-chief and director
of numerous publications from 2000 to 2006. In 2005, he co-authored a book
entitled Au-delà du masque.
Since 2006, Patrick Mahony has worked as an internal and external
communications consultant on behalf of local, national and international
