the filing of amended financial statements for the three and nine-month
periods ended September 30, 2007. This amendment, which has no impact on
previously-reported earnings, gives effect to a correction of the number of
common shares outstanding as listed on the consolidated statement of
shareholders' equity and accumulated other comprehensive income to 49,454,573
from the previously reported 48,064,921.
