that Mr. John Feilders, Board Director and Co-CEO is leaving the company to
pursue other business opportunities as of January 30th. During his two years
at the company, Mr. Feilders was instrumental in the building and implementing
of the company's strategic plan, and recently helped complete a private
placement of $ 7 million to accelerate growth.
