Orin Bristol and Tony Longo join INK Entertainment



    TORONTO, May 19 /CNW/ - INK Entertainment is pleased to announce the
addition of Orin Bristol and Tony Longo to the management team as Director of
Venue Operations and Director of Food & Beverage Operations respectively. With
over 45 years of combined experience in the nightlife and restaurant industry,
both Tony and Orin will use their expertise to contribute to the success and
growth of all INK properties.
    Orin Bristol comes to INK with a long history in nightlife, recently as
General Manager of Circa where he oversaw all of the operations and promotion
since its inception. Prior to that, Orin spent six years managing System
Soundbar in Toronto. In addition to his day jobs Orin also owns Cantina
Charlies in Niagara Ontario. Orin will be based out of the Guvernment Kool
Haus Complex.
    Tony Longo is well established in the Toronto restaurant industry. The
once McDonalds cook worked his way up through his career spanning over 25
years to eventually own multiple fine dining hot spots. As owner and operator
of Centro Grill and Wine Bar for 18 years - Tony is well liked and recognized
as a specialist in service and hospitality. His other projects have included
Splendido and most recently Flow Restaurant and Lounge in the Yorkville space
that was once the historic Movenpick.
