TORONTO, Sept. 10 /CNW/ - Get fit, have fun and celebrate the joys of
walking as the 7th Annual Toronto Trails Festival presents seven weekends of
free guided walking tours throughout Toronto.
"As a champion of health promotion initiatives, the Ontario Medical
Association is proud to be a partner of the Toronto Trails Festival," said Dr.
Suzanne Strasberg, President of the Ontario Medical Association. "Ontario's
doctors encourage everyone to get outside and be active and walking is an easy
way to do that."
From September 13th to October 31st, explore some of Toronto's most
scenic recreational trails that will lead to great environmental discoveries
along the way! It's a chance to take charge of your personal health and
wellness while reconnecting with nature. The grand opening takes place Sunday,
September 13th with Flutter Fest. "Don't miss this great opportunity to get on
our wellness wagon", says Festival Founder / Director, Tom Fiore. For details
