WATERLOO, ON, Sept. 29 /CNW/ - Brick Brewing Co. Limited (TSX: BRB)
announced today that it has received financial support from the Ontario
Government to market its brands.
On September 26th the Ontario government announced that they will be
providing eight (8) million dollars in financial support to Ontario Craft
Brewers over the next four years. Brick Brewing Co. will receive additional
funding to assist in building and marketing Brick brands.
"It is encouraging that the government recognizes the importance of a
strong, vibrant, locally owned and operated Ontario Craft brewing industry,"
said Jim Brickman Chairman and Founder. "This additional support will
definitely assist the Ontario Craft Brewers to market their brands to Ontario
beer consumers," he added.
"In order to compete and grow in the Ontario market it is essential to
invest in marketing, to build and strengthen our brands," said George Croft

Craft Brewers Association, Brick Brewing Co. Limited and beer drinkers in
Ontario," added Croft.
