influential fashion specialists from Ontario are heading to Montreal for the
15th edition of Montreal Fashion Week, hosted by Sensation Mode. This year's
event will take place from October 14th to the 17th.
Members of this exclusive delegation will have the opportunity to meet
designers and experience the latest creations from concept to garment.
Québec's rich domain of well-established designers alongside emerging design
talent is rapidly gaining a reputation in defining international trends.
The program includes unique networking events, attending vibrant and
creative fashion shows as well as meetings with designers. Renown
personalities, such as Marie Saint Pierre, Simon Chang and others are drawing
attention internationally for their definitive style and unique branding. In
its 2nd year, Le Showroom, an exclusive exhibit which hosts the spring/summer
collections of more than 100 labels is a unique business-to-business
initiative. This exclusive event will take place in the historic Marché
Bonsecours in the heart of old Montréal presenting the creations of
established and up-and-coming names.

manufacturers and designers that produce 50% of all apparel manufactured in

This special program targeted to Ontario guests is being organised by the
Ministère du Développement économique, de l'Innovation et de l'Exportation du
Québec (MDEIE), in collaboration with the Ministère du Tourisme du Québec and
Porter Airlines. Annually, MDEIE hosts a V.I.P. Buyers Programme designed to
attract worldwide buyers in the beautiful province of Québec to attend the
Montreal Fashion Week.
