Ontario Court of Justice sentences Emilia von Anhalt and Jurgen von Anhalt



    TORONTO, March 19 /CNW/ - Today, Justice J.C. Moore of the Ontario Court
of Justice sentenced, in absentia, Emilia von Anhalt to two years less a day
imprisonment and Jurgen von Anhalt to 15 months imprisonment for violations of
the Ontario Securities Act (the "Act").
    On January 30, 2007, Justice Moore convicted Emilia von Anhalt on 38
counts, and convicted Emilia von Anhalt and Jurgen von Anhalt jointly on 27
counts of contravening the Act.
    Requests for copies of the Transcript of the Court's Reasons may be made
to the Ontario Court of Justice.
