    STORY SUMMARY: Today, the Canadian Transportation Agency will release its
decision on applications for a "one-person-one-fare" policy for domestic air
fares. The Agency's Decision will address a long-standing issue for those
persons with severe disabilities who must pay additional fares and charges for
their domestic air travel when they require additional seating to accommodate
their disabilities, whether for themselves or for their attendants.
