    Dalton McGuinty promised a hard cap of 20 students in the early grades on
    September 5, September 16, and October 1.

    Dalton McGuinty promised to build 20,000 affordable housing units on
    September 6.

    Dalton McGuinty promised to improve the quality of life in Northern
    Ontario on September 8.

    Dalton McGuinty promised fiscal responsibility on September 9.

    Dalton McGuinty promised to solve the doctor shortage on September 12,
    September 15, September 24, September 26, and September 27.

    Dalton McGuinty promised to build the strongest economy on September 14
    and September 28.

    Dalton McGuinty promised loan forgiveness for medical students on
    September 17.

    Dalton McGuinty promised to make young people proud for choosing to vote
    on September 18.

    Dalton McGuinty promised real victims' rights legislation on
    September 19.

    Dalton McGuinty promised to hire 8,000 nurses on September 21 and
    September 29.

    Dalton McGuinty promised to divert 60% of waste from landfill on
    September 30.

    Dalton McGuinty broke everyone of these promises after he was elected.
