OEB issues Decision on 2009 electricity distribution rate application for Erie Thames Powerlines Corporation



    TORONTO, April 16 /CNW/ - Today the Ontario Energy Board (the Board)
issued its Decision on Erie Thames Powerlines Corporation's 2009 electricity
distribution rate application.
    The impact on the delivery portion of the bill resulting from the
Decision will result in an increase of 10% for residential customers using
1,000 kWh per month. The delivery portion makes up approximately one-third of
the total bill. The distribution rates take effect May 1, 2009.
