Observer Re-Branded as Cision

Bacon's, Bowdens, Delahaye, Bacon's / multivision and Verbatim Share New
Brand Identity and Common Name

CHICAGO, April 2 /CNW/ - Observer Group, the leading global provider of
media research, distribution, monitoring and evaluation services, today
announced a re-branding of the entire global organization under a common name,
Cision. Previously operating under ten different names worldwide, the change
reinforces the distinct, but related strength of the organization across all
regions -- projecting a global leadership position and commitment to serving
clients seamlessly.

This re-branding includes Bacon's Information Inc., Delahaye and Bacon's
/ multivision in the United States, along with Bowdens and Verbatim in Canada.

"Increasingly local and multi-national organizations appreciate the power
that an ever expanding media universe can exert on corporate reputation and
the best planned global media strategies," said Niklas Flyborg, President and
CEO of Cision. "The new brand and name change is significant because it
streamlines client access to our wide range of integrated products and
services, providing communication professionals the intelligence and insight
that is linked to business strategy."

"We will continue to offer our clients the same great experience with the
same qualified people they've come to know and trust; while demonstrating our
value as a reliable, responsive, thought-leading and technologically-advanced
firm," stated Steve Newman, CEO of Cision North America. "As Cision, we
deliver a rich 100-year history of world-class international expertise that
ensures consistent global service wherever our clients operate."
