Nomination meeting Wednesday: Arthur Sandborn a candidate for Québec Solidaire



    MONTREAL, Jan. 30 /CNW Telbec/ - Well-known union activist Arthur
Sandborn is making the jump into provincial politics. The outgoing president
of the CSN Montreal Central Council will contest a nomination meeting for
Québec Solidaire in the southwest Montreal seat of Saint-Henri-Sainte-Anne on
Wednesday, January 31. Journalists are invited to come meet the candidate and
his supporters.

    PLACE:    CEDA, 2515 Delisle, in Little Burgundy

    TIME:     7 pm
    

    The nomination meeting will be highlighted by the participation of Amir
Khadir, Québec Solidaire's co-spokesperson, Manon Massé, who garnered 22 per
cent of the popular vote as the party's first candidate in last year's
by-election in Sainte-Marie-Saint-Jacques, and Guylaine Vignola, the party's
spokesperson in the Sud-Ouest.
